【论文速递】数字经济演进机理及特征研究

摘要：数字技术创新和产业革命引发了经济社会系统的全面变革,推动人类社会迈入数字经济新时代。本文基于技术经济范式变革视角,从范式构成和范式演进两个维度构建了动态分析框架,对数字经济演进的机理和特征进行了系统分析。研究结果显示,数字经济发展是从科学革命起源,继而衍生数字技术,催生数字产业,并推动制度变革的系列过程,其演进呈现出速度快、渗透强、辐射面广等特征。研究结论对于系统理解数字经济,构建与数字经济发展规律和特征相契合的政策举措,形成促进数字经济发展的制度环境具有重要意义。

Abstract：The innovation of digital technology and industrial revolution lead to the comprehensive reform of economic and social system, and promote human society to enter the new era of digital economy.Based on the perspective of the transformation of techno-economic paradigm, the paper constructed a dynamic analysis framework from the two dimensions of paradigm composition and paradigm evolution, and systematically analyzed the mechanism and characteristics of evolution of digital economy.The research results show that the development of digital economy is a process of paradigm change, which originates from scientific revolution, and further derives digital technology, breeds digital industry, and promotes institutional change. The evolution process of digital economy shows the characteristics of fast speed, strong penetration and wide radiation. The research is important to systematically reveal the development process, characteristics, development trend of digital economy, and to formulate relevant policies and measures, and form the institutional environment to promote the development of digital economy.
